Associate Attorney (Mortgage) - Oklahoma City, OK
Agility 360 is searching for an Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state
Experienced with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
Management of files and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are met
Document preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadings
Drafting responses to pleadings
Preparing and responding to discovery
Legal research
Skills
1+ years of practicing law
Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plus
Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
Must be licensed in State of Oklahoma
Licensed in federal court or willing to get licensed at the firm's expense
Familiar with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product
Details
Direct hire, full-time position (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Salary range: $55k - $70k/ year (based on experience)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
