Job Description We are looking for a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, including experience handling auto accidents, slip and falls, and other injury claims. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload from intake through resolution, conducting client consultations, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about their case status and legal options.
Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
Strong negotiation, litigation, and client communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
