Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Litigation Paralegal
to join our elite legal team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a deep understanding of Texas civil procedure and a passion for supporting high-stakes personal injury litigation. You will work closely with attorneys in all phases of case development—from intake through trial—and will play a critical role in maintaining the firm’s tradition of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial exhibits
Coordinate and manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal)
Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooks
Facilitate communication with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Conduct fact investigation, summarize medical records, and prepare chronologies
Ensure all case milestones and court deadlines are met with precision and professionalism
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for personal injury experience
In-depth knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules
Proficient in case management software and legal research tools
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to client service
Ability to thrive in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment
