Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter, you will forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and organizational leaders. Collaborating closely with leadership and HRBPs, you will identify and address the specific talent needs of assigned business units, leveraging proven recruiting strategies that align with The Wine Group’s Talent Acquisition Strategy. You will oversee the full‑cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to driving the interview and selection process, including negotiating offers. Building and maintaining talent pipelines through effective relationship building, lead generation, and networking will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will work alongside the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to deliver concierge‑level experience to both candidates and hiring managers, providing expert guidance, data‑driven insights, recruiting trends, and ensuring an engaging and seamless candidate experience.
Essential Functions
Strategic Consultation: Provide consultative recruiting service; act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders and hiring managers, identifying and securing top talent to drive optimal business results.
Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Creative Sourcing: Source and identify top talent using creative strategies such as targeted searches, direct outreach to passive candidates, cold calling, career fairs, college recruiting, specialty job boards, and social media networking.
Talent Pipeline Development: Establish an extensive pipeline of high‑potential recruits through relationship building, lead generation, and networking.
Market Intelligence: Gather actionable and competitive intelligence from market analysis to advise business leaders on current and future talent trends, ensuring The Wine Group maintains a competitive advantage.
Metrics Utilization: Utilize hiring metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate fit.
Strategic Sourcing: Apply creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
Project Management: Manage TA projects and initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record of sourcing passive and active candidates.
Expertise in full‑cycle recruitment across all organizational levels, with a proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring in fast‑paced environments.
Extensive experience supporting commercial teams within Consumer Product Goods (CPG) highly desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with ability to manage priorities and work in both team and individual settings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands
Most work activities are within a home‑office environment.
Infrequent travel will be required, primarily within California.
Compensation
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $92,600 - $138,800.
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities, education, and other position‑related factors.
