Job Description
On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract role based in Richardson, TX. Corporate Recruiter - IT Security The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring prospective employees. Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and screen/interview qualified candidates using efficient and cost-effective methods. Assess the talent and skills of applicants. Develop and execute recruiting strategies utilizing multiple sources. Review and develop job descriptions into postings. Coordinate with management to identify hiring needs, job specifications, and qualifications. Provide information about the client and opportunities to candidates. Use an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates. Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of experience in human resources staffing. 2-5+ years in a corporate recruiting environment, with a focus on creative sourcing (LinkedIn preferred). Experience hiring in high tech, especially in security recruitment, is a plus. Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Taleo. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence. Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and creative. Position available ASAP. Additional Information
