Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

New Hope, MN (Full‑site)

Compensation:

$27 - $30 per hour

Base pay range:

$27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both internal teams and external customers, managing billing and payments from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Handle invoicing and portal billing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Work directly with branch locations and customers to resolve billing issues and maintain strong relationships

Prepare and manage lien waivers, releases, and other transaction documentation

Maintain and reconcile the aging report; send payment reminders, post payments, and keep accounts clean and current

Review and process short pays from vendors and clients

Set up new customer accounts, including running credit checks (D&B) and assessing risk before management review

Take on additional projects or process improvements as assigned

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting functions

Experience with invoicing systems or customer billing portals preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
