Addison Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that’s looking to add a permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist to its accounting team onsite in New Hope. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy and collaboration and wants to make a long-term impact in a stable, team-driven environment. The right person will enjoy digging into the details, streamlining processes, and building strong relationships across departments as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and account reconciliations Monitor customer accounts, aging reports, and payment trends to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end close Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the ERP system Assist with process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency across the AR function
Qualifications
3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience Associates degree or equivalent and 4+ years’ experience in accounts receivable and/or finance Associates degree in accounting preferred Strong attention to detail and organization in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
