Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads (Zillow Flex, team‑generated appointments, etc.) and follow up consistently using proven conversion systems

Conduct buyer consultations and seller presentations to understand client needs and guide them through the transaction process

Show homes to prospective buyers and schedule listing appointments

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented

Maintain active communication with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction

Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and ensure timely follow‑up

Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

Collaborate with fellow team members to share knowledge, strategies, and support

Stay up to date with local market trends, inventory, and real‑estate best practices

Uphold the values and reputation of The Premier Team and RE/MAX Executive in all client and industry interactions

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Real Estate License

(or in the process of obtaining one) – Required to represent buyers and sellers in transactions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through emotional, high‑stakes decisions

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic

– Comfortable working independently while following proven systems for success

Willingness to follow up with leads consistently

– Organized and responsive, with a commitment to nurturing relationships over time

Coachability and team‑first mindset

– Open to feedback, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment

Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
