Inside Sales Role: Stepping Stone to Listing Agent
We're in search of a talented Inside Sales Agent to help fuel our growth by qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and connecting potential clients with our top-performing buyer and listing agents.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, staying organized, and achieving results. It also offers a clear pathway to becoming a listing agent, with access to warm leads, listings, and a supportive team to help you advance.

Responsibilities
•Lead follow-up •Database campaigns •Lead generation •Real estate sales •Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met •Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email •Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients •Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information •Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer's agent
Qualifications
•Sales experience •Real Estate license required •Must possess a real estate license •At least one year of real estate sales experience •Current U.S. driver's license and capable of traveling by car •Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills •Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
