Our client is seeking a sharp, polished

Communications Associate

to support firmwide communications initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on creating marketing materials, pulling together monthly media reports, and developing PowerPoint decks for leadership. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and communicator with strong attention to detail and presentation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Create and edit marketing and external communication materials that reflect the firm’s voice and brand.

Compile and deliver monthly media reports for the firm, including metrics and key coverage highlights.

Build and design PowerPoint decks for executive leadership, ensuring content is clean, compelling, and polished.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency.

Contribute to ad hoc communications projects, media tracking, and content development.

Qualifications:

2–20 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or related fields (no people managers—hands-on role).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, polished, and professional.

Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills.

Experience working in a professional services environment with

50+ employees.

Background in media, agency, finance, or corporate communications is a plus.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
