Territory Manager – POUGHKEEPSIE NY DERM1 Join Lilly’s team as a Territory Manager in Poughkeepsie, NY, supporting the dermatology portfolio in the New York market. You will own sales and account relationships, develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, and drive the adoption of Lilly’s innovative therapies.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape and use business insight tools to adapt to changing needs.

Systematically navigate the evolving healthcare environment to identify and influence key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.

Actively listen and adapt to verbal and non‑verbal customer prompts throughout interactions.

Demonstrate high learning agility to absorb clinical information, disease state, Lilly’s product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace.

Engage every member of a customer’s office/account using a patient‑centered dialogue and Lilly’s selling model.

Promote the full product portfolio by planning and engaging customers in patient‑centered conversations.

Use all available business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while complying with internal policies and the PhRMA Code.

Collaborate effectively with field‑facing and internal peers to create a coordinated and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Professional certification or license required by specific state.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non‑pharmaceutical) after completing an undergraduate degree.

Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results skills.

Experience with account‑based selling and engaging staff in accounts.

Strong background in navigating complex integrated health systems.

Extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy distribution models.

Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment.

History of collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Strong learning agility, self‑motivated, team‑focused, emotionally intelligent, and influential.

Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $87,000 to $204,600, plus a performance‑based bonus. Benefits include a company‑sponsored 401(k) with matching, pension plan, paid vacation, health, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
