Base salary plus performance-based bonus structure
No weekends and no call
Must be comfortable seeing 20 - 30 patients per day
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
Prior experience in a rural or underserved community is preferred
$20k sign-on bonus and $20k relocation assistance offered
