a healthy organizational culture. Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business development professional who is motivated by the hunt. Our ideal match possesses a strong sales acumen, unparalleled work ethic, connections in human resources and training and development, and a “Can-do” attitude. The candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: Build and maintain a pipeline of new business in the small/medium business sector. Daily prospecting activity. Ability to navigate a complex B2B sale Provide accurate forecast in a timely fashion. Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met continuously. Daily notes and activity reported in Salesforce and Outreach Partner with internal Fierce Support Partners. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Work Experience 3+ years’ experience in a complex, consultative sales environment, preferably in L&D. Highly skilled in complex B2B selling environments. Proven ability to connect with clients and provide value in a quick amount of time. Strong record of new business attainment. Strong history of hitting activity metrics. Required Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Zoom PowerPoint Excel Preferred Educational Background BA Required or 5+ years in sales or the L&D industry **Base salary + competitive commission structure** Fierce has an outstanding reputation.
