Customer Relationship Management Developer
Location: Middletown, PA
Duration: Full Time
Hybrid (60% remote / 40% onsite). Candidate must be ready to relocate and to work onsite on first day for equipment pickup.
Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect.
At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft CE application development as a lead developer/architect.
Strong technical experience deploying solutions using D365 CE, Power Platform, AI, ML for streamlined customer experiences.
Event‑driven, decoupled architecture with SAP ERP, payment gateways, digital wallets, peer‑to‑peer payment, social media, IVR, chatbot, contact center in an omnichannel environment.
Background checks & compliant with PATCH and PSDC/CJIS requirements.
Responsibilities
Study and understand current and desired Microsoft CE application, configurations, and technologies.
Coordinate changes and designs to CBOS & UBOS and other technologies, ensuring they meet standards.
Architect and deliver roadmap for delivery.
Assign work, mentor a team of CRM and full stack developers.
Ensure successful delivery for CRM, portal, web app as part of UBOS.
Advise leadership on Microsoft CE application trends and functionalities.
Represent PTC in meetings and reports with stakeholders.
Raise concerns/issues to leadership for decision‑making.
Architect and develop customizations and configurations to meet functionality needs.
Support integrations with middleware, ERP systems, payment gateways, phone systems.
Act as data migration expert for Microsoft CRM.
Document all work per PTC standards (designs, diagrams, test plans, scripts, impact analysis, lessons learned).
Develop productive relationships with technology staff, business owners, sponsors, vendors.
Lead and participate in project team activities for system work.
Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks.
Adhere to PTC standards, policies, procedures.
Utilize various software/tools to perform job duties.
Qualifications
10 years Microsoft CE application implementation experience.
5 years as Microsoft certified FastTrack solution architect.
2+ years leveraging Azure AI services & ML for D365 CE.
Delivered 2 FastTrack certified projects for Business Applications.
Delivered 1 AI‑driven chatbot/virtual assistant implementation leveraging Copilot & Azure AI.
Hands‑on deployment of Dynamics Contact Center and optimization.
Training teams on AI tools and Contact Center features.
Experience with data migration to Microsoft CRM from non‑COTS systems.
Experience integrating with ERP systems and data repositories.
Implemented high‑volume contact center applications (CRM, portal, mobile, IVR, chatbot).
Human‑centered design approach for product development.
Proficiency in Office 365 suite and ADO Testing Module.
Equivalent education/experience acceptable.
Desired Skillset
Enterprise solutions, SAP projects.
ITIL/ITSM practices.
Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems (equivalent accepted).
Microsoft MVP in Business Applications/Customer Experience/Power Apps/Copilot Studio.
5+ years as Microsoft certified solution architect for business applications.
Azure AI Fundamentals or similar certification.
Microsoft Dynamics related certifications.
Engagement Requirements
Preferred location within Continental US.
Work virtual/remote until further notice; onsite at PTC Middletown PA 1 week per quarter, as scheduled.
Onsite interviews or work sessions at PTC facilities.
Post‑go‑live support for 6 months starting immediately after UBOS "live".
Orientation session onsite to pick up equipment; travel costs not reimbursed unless within 3‑hour commute.
