Job Description :
Performs simple production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and electrical systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Individuals will be responsible for identifying parts, tooling, and interpreting drawings.
Attention to detail and procedure compliance is critical to identify all necessary hand tools, parts, and equipment required to ensure defect-free work.

Primary Responsibilities: • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications. • Use a computer in a production environment. • Look up/read/comprehend technical work instructions, drawings and/or specifications. • Wear appropriate protective clothing/equipment determined by the task you are performing. • Use various hand tools such as screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdriver multi meters, crimpers, torque tools. • Inspect your work quality and check for Foreign Object Debris. • Finger manipulation (keyboarding, other). • Reading from a computer screen, printed drawings or documents. • Ability to adhere to high standards of Safety and Compliance to regulation • Carrying/Lifting up to 10-35 pounds • Flexion/Extension (head bent down, head bent back), Handling, Kneeling, Bending at the waist, Reaching (overhead), Rotation of head/neck, Standing, Twisting at the waist and walking.
Required Skill Set : • Basic understanding of Hand Tools and Mechanics.
Desired Skills Set : • Ability to read schematics/engineering drawings, DMM's, proficiency in excel, wiring, and soldering.
Education Qualification : High school diploma or GED, or Technical
