Epicor Systems Analyst
Our client is an employee-owned manufacturer in the food processing machinery industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor Systems Analyst to work with end users on analysis, design, installation, maintenance, customization, support, and modification of the ERP system. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the company and will report to the Director of IT.
Responsibilities of the Epicor Systems Analyst: Collaborate with all departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Contribute to SQL Server Administration Configure Epicor modules to support process improvements, business needs, and best practices Provide support for Epicor users Lead and support process improvements Assist in change management Design, develop, and maintain BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and custom reports using Epicor ICE Tools and SSRS Perform system troubleshooting Develop and maintain 3rd party system integrations Manage and execute data migrations Benefits of joining this organization:
