Director of Recruiting and Delivery @ GTN Technical
Our client is seeking a hands‑on Epicor Kinetic Analyst with 3–5 years of direct experience supporting and enhancing Epicor ERP / Kinetic environments in a manufacturing setting. This hybrid position will start as a 3‑month contract with a strong intention to convert to full‑time.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support end users while driving process improvement across departments.
Base pay range
$90,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical and functional support for Epicor Kinetic ERP
Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor‑related application and data issues
Support functional areas such as Manufacturing, MRP, Engineering, Inventor, Scheduling and more
Partner with engineering and production teams to improve ETO manufacturing workflows
Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports
Participate in Epicor upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline business processes
Document workflows, configurations, and provide end‑user training
Support and integrate tools such as CADLink and ECxManager
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands‑on Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) experience
Strong SQL skills with the ability to create and optimize complex queries
Solid understanding of Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) and Manufacturing processes
Experience supporting MRP, Job Management, BOMs, and Engineering modules
Proficient with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and end‑user support capabilities
Familiarity with CADLink ECxManager or similar engineering integration tools (major plus)
Experience with User Training
Duration: 3 months (Contract‑to‑Hire)
Additional Compensation: Annual Profit‑Sharing Bonus
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (Hybrid) 2‑3 days in office
