We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to support our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team! Peoria is embarking on a transformative journey, migrating its Financial and Human Capital Management systems to Workday, our new ERP software.

This position is responsible for analyzing customer and business needs and utilizing technological solutions to achieve efficient and cost-effective results. Additionally, you will work closely with the Information Technology Department (IT) on developing and updating system applications, designing test plans and executing user acceptance testing including issue resolution. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Experience:

Minimum of three years of systems application analysis, programming, and related experience specific to assigned area. Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in a municipal or government setting. PMI-PBA certification PMP certification Demonstrated experience with workflow analysis, Use Case development, sequence diagrams, storyboards, and Test Cases. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mindset.
