We're currently seeking a

Material Handler

to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by efficiently receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout our facility.

What You'll Do Receive, store, and distribute materials and products within the facility. Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine materials to be moved or distributed. Transport materials between receiving, production, and storage areas - including operating the company van to deliver or pick up parts from local vendors. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and coordinate routine maintenance. Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, or product code. Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production and assembly areas as needed. Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment. Record inventory transactions and maintain accurate documentation using computer systems. Conduct cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Support and participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives throughout the stockroom and shop floor. Collaborate with team members in a respectful and supportive manner, demonstrating integrity and accountability in all tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Minnesota Driver's License required. 3-6 months of related experience and/or training preferred. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience working in an ERP system preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Forklift driving certification (or willingness to complete company-provided training). Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and stooping. Regular use of hands and arms to handle materials. Ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
