The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional

Director of Sales (Pharma)

to spearhead our growth within the pharmaceutical sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact technology company in a major growth stage, where your expertise and network will directly shape our trajectory and help accelerate life-changing therapies to patients.

What You’ll Do Own the Complete Sales Cycle

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales from prospecting through contract closure

Identify and engage Business Development and Search & Evaluation leaders at top 200 pharma and biopharma companies

Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations

Navigate complex organizational structures to connect with key decision-makers and influencers

Orchestrate multi-stakeholder deal processes involving BD, IT, Legal, and Procurement teams

Drive Revenue Growth

Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue goals

Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting

Negotiate commercial terms and structure deals that deliver value for both Prudentia and our customers

Leverage Prudentia’s network and AI tooling to further build pipeline and drive opportunities.

Become a Trusted Advisor

Deeply understand customer challenges in deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management

Articulate how Prudentia's AI-powered platform addresses critical pain points in the BD lifecycle

Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities

Partner with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging

Contribute to sales playbooks, processes, and best practices as we scale

Represent Prudentia at industry conferences and events

Who You Are Essential Qualifications

10+ years

of enterprise sales or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas

Deep pharma/biopharma network , particularly within Business Development, Licensing, or Search & Evaluation functions

Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value technology solutions ($500K+ ACV) to C-level and VP-level executives

Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles (6-18 months) with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of biopharma business models, drug development processes, and BD/licensing workflows

Existing relationships with BD leaders at top 50 pharma companies

Experience building sales processes and teams in early-stage companies
