We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives and high-level teams. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives while maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior staff.
  • Organize and book travel, lodging, and dining arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Run errands and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support executives and office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendors, and support general office logistics.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address administrative requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
