Role Overview
We have an exciting high‑visibility opportunity within the Marketing, Analytics & Customer Experience (MACX) organization. This Visualization Analyst will support our Enterprise Analytics & Insights team, leading, strategizing, executing, and optimizing data analytics initiatives to drive enterprise growth. The role centers on delivering actionable insights and strategic data analytics support to executive and C‑suite audiences, building analytical capabilities such as reports, predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject‑matter expert for data visualization and Power BI within the team.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytics across the enterprise insights team to improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Identify, implement, and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive business decision‑making and operational efficiencies.
- Utilize analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, or similar to interpret and analyze data.
- Apply statistical methods to produce predictive insights that inform business and channel partners.
- Present data and insights in visually compelling formats using Power BI.
- Collaborate with data providers to acquire relevant data sources, ensuring data quality, security, and infrastructure support.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Co‑build a high‑performing team of analysts and strategists, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Partner with senior executives and cross‑functional teams (Business Line, Marketing, Technology, Product, Digital) to align data analytics with business objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader, presenting insights to executive leadership and influencing key strategic decisions.
- Develop strategic plans, define goals, identify target segments, and collaborate cross‑functionally to monitor trends and adjust plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by addressing challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, technologies, and customer preferences.
- Oversee administrative functions related to transformation, efficiency goals, financial aspects, and talent planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics using Power BI, with a proven track record in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Master’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- Power BI certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling, Power BI, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with Azure Synapse and Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending, payments, and financial services for SMBs.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced ability to align people and culture with changes in business strategy, structure, and technology.
- Knowledge of marketing technology stack and statistical principles.
- Experience managing vendor and agency selection and ongoing management.

Salary range: $105,400.00 – $124,000.00 (based on primary location). In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, 401(k) contribution, and pension, all subject to eligibility requirements.
