Position Overview
Full‑time Recruiter at Discovery ABA – a mission‑driven organization focused on ABA therapy for children with autism. This role involves recruiting skilled registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to support our growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the ABA therapy team by identifying, recruiting, and hiring qualified RBTs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
- Ensure new hires align with the company culture and quality service standards.
- Maintain a standard 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule while meeting recruiting goals.

- Recruiting or administrative experience in the healthcare field.

Compensation
Competitive salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
