We’re seeking an experienced Junior Recruiter to join our Fayetteville office and help us build a strong clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative positions (posting jobs, sourcing, phone screens, scheduling, offers)
• Source and attract top talent for ABA/behavioral health roles (BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, OTs, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against position requirements
• Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Zoho Recruit and other recruiting platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to meet staffing goals

Qualifications

• Required: 1+ year of experience in healthcare recruitment (clinic, therapy, or medical setting preferred)
• Required: Experience recruiting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, or therapy services
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in-person at our Fayetteville, NC office (Monday–Friday, business hours)
