Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and market information impacting recruitment
- Source candidates using various techniques, including Boolean search language
- Conduct professional phone screens and maintain communication with Hiring Managers
- Manage a bench of at least 25 requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle escalations efficiently

- Proven ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external partners
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Continuous learning about industry trends and emerging technologies
