Manage a bench of at least 25 requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle escalations efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external partners
Strong research and market analysis skills
Continuous learning about industry trends and emerging technologies
