What You’ll Be Up To

• Being a friendly face and trusted resource for employees—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping the vibe positive.
• Helping shape HR programs and policies that actually make sense and support our goals.
• Supporting performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
• Designing and delivering training that’s useful, engaging, and maybe even fun.
• Keeping us compliant with labor laws and internal policies.
• Digging into HR data to find trends and suggest smart improvements.
• Pitching in with payroll, leave tracking, and workers’ comp processes.
• Boosting safety, training, and compliance efforts.
• Driving engagement through recognition, retention, and morale‑boosting magic.
• Jumping into HR projects with fresh ideas and contagious energy.
• Rolling up your sleeves to help with anything from IT setups to policy updates to workforce planning.

Who You Are

• You’ve got 1–3 years of HR experience (bonus points if it’s in manufacturing or industrial settings).
• You’re hands‑on, proactive, and not afraid to step onto the floor and connect with the team.
• You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑moving, unconventional environment.
• You genuinely care about people and want to help build a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated.
• And you’ve got thick skin, a great sense of humor, and you know you’re amazing.

Extra Credit If You Have

• Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems (like ADP or Paycom).
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and other compliance areas.
• Bilingual skills—especially Spanish or Somali.
