RMC Group is hiring: Accounting Manager in Naples

Experience in audit and a CPA track are strong pluses. This role will begin on-site, with a hybrid schedule available after initial training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger, oversee financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in all accounting operations
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare internal financial statements and assist in external reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial proceduresLiaise with external auditors and tax professionals
• Supervise and mentor one staff accountant and an intern
• Work directly with the VP of Finance on high‑level financial strategy, analysis, and risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred or on track)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks required
• Experience with audits and financial controls
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Leadership experience or team supervision is a plus
