Manpower Group (USA) is hiring: Manufacturing Technician in Fort Payne

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift:Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Completes manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.
• Gathers, records, and analyzes production information.
• Performs repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities.
• Oversees use of machine control systems and their use in manufacturing equipment.
• Resolves manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing.
• Ability to operate specialized machines and equipment effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret production data.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
