Manufacturing Technician
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Fort Payne, AL
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Shifts Available: Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
What's the Job?
- Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production goals.
- Gather, record, and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform repairs and retesting of products and manufacturing facilities to ensure quality standards.
- Oversee the use of machine control systems and assist in their operation within manufacturing processes.
- Develop and verify documentation for machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience
- 6+ months of job tenure
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles, procedures, and work routines.
- Ability to operate specialized machinery and tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
