Company Overview: A family‑owned RIA with approximately $4.5 billion in assets under management is seeking a Wealth Strategist to join their expanding team. The role involves developing wealth planning strategies and enhancing the client experience across their multi‑state presence.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, consult on, and implement recommendations alongside attorneys & accountants for HNW/UHNW clients
Collaborate with Wealth Managers on client engagement and new business opportunities
Conduct in-depth analysis on existing estate planning strategies
Partner with third‑party advisors and vendor partners to develop new client offerings
Assist in creating marketing content such as website articles, client materials, presentations, and webinars
Keep current with regulatory changes and provide updates as a subject matter expert
Attend client meetings to provide expert advice and support
Represent the firm to external audiences regarding planning capabilities
Help train new Wealth Managers on the Financial Planning offering
Participate in special projects as necessary
Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial planning, trust, tax & estate planning
Bachelor’s Degree required
Expertise with Moneyguide Pro, eMoney, and Vanilla technologies preferred
Experience in building out a financial planning offering for clients is a plus
Leadership and management experience are a plus
Compensation Base pay range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year.
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus.
