POSITION SUMMARY The Group Finance team is responsible for accounting strategy and policy, consolidation accounting, balance sheet controllership and external financial reporting. We are looking to hire a Consolidation Accountant that will report to the Head of Consolidation Accounting. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and talented professional to play a key role in compiling and analyzing financial data from various subsidiaries to produce comprehensive financial results for the entire organization, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. This role will work closely with the other team members within the Global Finance organization to provide accurate financial info across various accounting bases (US GAAP, Segment / Non-GAAP and Stat). RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with the global consolidation within our consolidation tool, OneStream Gathering and combining financial information from different entities within a group of companies Handling and eliminating intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidation Creating consolidated financial results for internal and external reporting, often working with external auditors Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including and GAAP Analyzing financial data, investigating fluctuations, and reporting findings to those charged with governance Identifying and recommending process improvements within the consolidation process Perform special projects for management on an as needed basis Seniority level
