Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Contingent Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Contingent Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform safety checks on forklifts and ensure they are in proper working condition
Move, locate, and stack merchandise safely around the facility
Operate stretch-wrappers and manage palletized inventory efficiently
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Read and interpret shipping documents and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What's Needed?
Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays
