Job Description We are looking for an Electromechanical Engineer for the Sniper Program. Our team designs, develops, and manufactures advanced electromechanical systems that support mission‑critical capabilities for both commercial and defense customers. We turn innovative concepts into reliable hardware that operates across diverse environments.
What You Will Be Doing
Designing electromechanical equipment, facilities, and products for commercial, industrial, and domestic applications.
Generating detailed mechanical layouts, 3‑D models, and engineering drawings, including material, component, and process selections.
Defining acceptance test plans with the team and conducting verification testing of assemblies.
Providing technical support throughout design releases, assembly, inspection, and test phases.
Collaborating with structural, thermal, configuration management, electrical, mechanical, subcontract, planning, and quality engineers.
Maintaining documentation in LM approved tools and ensuring traceability to requirements.
Traveling as needed to the Ocala manufacturing facility or supplier sites to resolve issues and validate hardware.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Orlando, FL. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Experience with CREO/Pro/Engineer.
Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5M-1994 Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Harness and CCA design is required.
Desired Skills
Zuken experience.
Basic electrical knowledge.
GD&T.
Experience working with DOD.
Experience working with electrical enclosures.
