The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring and expanding strategic accounts across state and large public‑sector organizations, cultivating trusted relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions, and managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close. What You’ll Do
Drive results and exceed targets
Meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
Demonstrate a strong will‑to‑win and self‑motivation in achieving aggressive sales targets.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
Target, contact, and engage C‑level and senior decision makers within state agencies and large enterprise‑level public‑sector accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across assigned regions, leveraging outbound prospecting, RFP participation, and partnership channels.
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles
Understand client challenges, goals, and procurement processes to position Euna’s solutions as transformative value drivers.
Coordinate needs‑based demos and tailored solution presentations with Sales Engineers and Product Specialists.
Collaborate and lead cross‑functional efforts
Work closely with BDRs, Sales Support Managers, and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment from first contact to implementation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and playbooks.
Own the full account lifecycle
Build deep relationships with existing enterprise clients to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
Negotiate complex contracts to mutual satisfaction and manage renewals and upsells with a focus on customer success.
Forecast accurately and report insights
Create frequent sales reports, forecasts, and strategic account reviews to drive visibility and predictability.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of all opportunities and activities in Salesforce.

Expert at building trust and rapport with senior‑level public‑sector decision makers.
Skilled in long, complex, RFP‑driven sales cycles, with a consultative and solution‑oriented approach.
Exceptional communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and self‑directed, with excellent time and territory management.
Able to coordinate with cross‑functional teams—Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product teams—to deliver winning proposals and implementation plans.
Strong curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate both technical and strategic value propositions.
Education & Experience
8+ years of enterprise‑level SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into state or large public‑sector agencies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
Deep understanding of government procurement cycles and experience responding to RFPs/RFQs.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Location & Travel This position is open to remote candidates. Regular travel is expected across North America for customer meetings, conferences, and internal events. Preference will be given to qualified candidates near our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON offices.
