Take the lead on commercial electrical projects from planning to completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on target.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Mentor and guide field crews while building your own leadership skills.
Handle project documentation including submittals, RFIs, as‑built drawings, and financial tracking.
Who You Are:
Experienced in electrical work or project management, with 3–5+ years in construction or related fields.
Confident reading blueprints, specifications, and proposals, or eager to learn quickly.
Skilled in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and keeping projects on track.
A strong communicator, able to lead teams and collaborate with clients.
Motivated to step into a leadership role and take ownership of projects.
Open to learning project management software like ServiceTitan, Procore, or similar.
