Position Summary They’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience to join their Charlotte team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
Perform calculations and utilize engineering software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, Revit) for design tasks.
Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Participate in project meetings and site visits to support construction administration.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
E.I.T. certification required.
2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design.
Proficiency with structural design software such as RAM, ETABS, and Revit.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
