We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Account Executive to help expand our commercial market presence and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Position Overview The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with commercial real estate professionals and organizations, driving new business opportunities, and promoting Homestead Title’s full suite of commercial title and escrow services. This role requires a strong understanding of the local commercial real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized, solution-oriented service to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial brokers, developers, lenders, investors, and attorneys throughout the Denver metro and surrounding markets.

Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and industry involvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service.

Collaborate closely with internal title and escrow teams to coordinate complex commercial transactions and resolve issues efficiently.

Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and expand brand recognition.

Monitor market conditions and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management through CRM tools.

Participate in company-sponsored continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current in industry practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).

3–5 years of experience in the local commercial real estate market, preferably in title insurance, lending, or related services.

Proven track record of business development and client relationship management within the Denver-area commercial real estate community.

Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and title processes.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Title License or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment (training provided)
