Position Overview: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s title and escrow services. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring top-quality service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic relationship building.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and attend industry events to promote our services and grow brand awareness.
Sponsors and/or attends Continuing Education (CE) classes to learn and maintain sufficient knowledge of the market.
Host clients at company-sponsored events to build rapport and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate closely with our title and escrow teams to ensure seamless transactions and excellent client experiences.
Consistently track sales activities, pipeline, and results through CRM and regular reporting.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Internship, part-time, or entry-level sales or customer-facing experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools and internet research.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Eager to learn, self-motivated, and excited about a career in sales and real estate.
Comfortable networking and presenting to groups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to pursue Title License within the first 6 months of employment (training provided).
