Reservations & Office Manager Location: Sempre Oggi

Reports To: General Manager / Owner

Position Type: Full-Time

About Sempre Oggi Sempre Oggi is a modern Italian restaurant that celebrates seasonality and perfectly ripe ingredients. We take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience built on attention to detail, gracious service, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for a full-time candidate with daytime and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities Reservations Management

Oversee the restaurant’s reservation platform (SevenRooms, Resy, or OpenTable) with precision and efficiency.

Manage guest bookings, noting special requests, dietary needs, and VIP profiles.

Coordinate private dining and large‑party inquiries with FOH leadership and events teams.

Optimize table flow, minimize no‑shows, and maintain a strategic seating plan.

Build and maintain a detailed guest database to support personalized service.

Guest Relations

Provide polished, concierge‑style service across phone, email, and online inquiries.

Handle guest requests or concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.

Serve as the communication bridge between guests and the FOH team to ensure seamless experiences.

Administrative Support

Support the General Manager with document preparation, reporting, and correspondence.

Organize meetings, manage schedules, and track departmental initiatives.

Maintain organized records of vendor correspondence, guest feedback, and internal documentation.

Liaise with vendors, marketing, and event partners as directed.

Systems & Training

Ensure all reservation and communication systems are operating effectively.

Train FOH staff on reservation and guest communication protocols.

Collaborate on special events, seasonal menus, and promotional bookings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in reservations or administrative management within fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Proficiency in reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) and office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting hospitality leadership teams.

Familiarity with private dining coordination and guest profile management.

Understanding of fine dining service standards and guest experience culture.

Base Pay Range $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr
