We’re looking for a polished, service-driven Maître d’ to lead our front door operations and guest experience. This person will oversee the host team, manage VIP relations, coordinate guest seating and flow, and ensure a smooth, elegant service from arrival to departure. Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and seat guests, maintaining an organized and gracious atmosphere. Manage all reservations and optimize seating to maximize guest experience and covers. Build strong relationships with VIPs, artists, and regulars, remembering their preferences. Train and coach the host team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee coordination between front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with professionalism. Oversee Private Dining Room (PDR) bookings and events — from menu selection to execution — ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly. Must be proficient in using OpenTable, SevenRooms, and Resy for reservations and guest management. About You
