In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service, educate customers about product offerings, and drive sales using suggestive selling techniques. Your responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, executing operational processes efficiently, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space. What You’ll Do
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling. Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings. Be accountable for personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results. Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house tasks as needed. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center. Handle all customer interactions and potential issues with courtesy and professionalism. Execute operational processes accurately and efficiently. Who You Are
Good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and teammates. Customer‑focused service provider, both on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback and proactive. Flexible worker willing to accommodate shifting hours, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends. Able to use retail technology and navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office spaces.
