Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.
Key Focus Areas Product Roadmap Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll‑out.
Role Overview We’re looking for someone who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, and publish content that resonates with U.S. audiences. You will be the go‑to person for bringing our brand to life through videos, product explainers, social campaigns, and thought leadership content. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM teams in both the U.S. and India to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the U.S. content calendar across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. as relevant).
Produce high-quality content end-to-end.
Conceptualize, script, and shoot videos (product explainers, campaigns, short‑form, long‑form).
Edit videos and adapt content across platforms.
Capture photos and other visual assets as needed.
Partner with GTM teams in the U.S. and India to align content with product launches, campaigns, and market needs.
Manage brand presence across channels, ensuring voice, tone, and design consistency.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and content formats in the U.S. market.
Qualifications & Skills
2–4+ years of experience in content production + social media for well‑known B2B or B2C brands.
Proven hands‑on expertise in video production: shooting, editing, storytelling, and post‑production.
Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of U.S. social media landscape and cultural context.
Creative thinker with ability to translate business/product messaging into engaging stories.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work across time zones with global teams.
Self‑starter, highly organized, and comfortable managing end‑to‑end content workflows independently.
