FSQA Superintendent/Manager – 2nd Shift (Meat Processing) - PENNSYLVANIA LOCATION

We’re seeking an experienced
FSQA Superintendent (This is a Manager Level role - in every aspect)
to lead our
2nd shift
food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced meat processing facility. In this role, you’ll oversee FSQA staff, drive compliance with HACCP/GMP/SSOP, serve as USDA liaison during off-shift hours, and step in for the FSQA Manager when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop FSQA team members
Ensure compliance with all food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Monitor KPIs, audits, and corrective actions
Partner with Operations, Sanitation, and R&D on continuous improvement
What You Bring:
Meat processing / protein industry experience required
2+ years in an FSQA management role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
