Position Description As part of a team, this role is responsible for ensuring effective and compliant vendor lifecycle management by overseeing supplier onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding within the Oracle ERP system. Support strategic sourcing and procurement operations through data-driven analysis, vendor performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a subject matter expert in Oracle Procurement modules, provide system guidance, lead process improvements, and support internal control compliance to minimize risk and drive procurement efficiency.

Position Location This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

What you do

Manage new supplier onboarding and change requests within the Oracle ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal controls and conducting due diligence to minimize fraud risk. Interact with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure vendor setups and changes are accurate and vendors are onboarded, maintained, and offboarded effectively in line with vendor management lifecycle best practices.

Support sourcing initiatives by delivering data-driven insights, including market analysis, historical spending trends, and other relevant reporting to inform procurement strategies and decision-making. Utilize reports to assess vendor performance, identify risks, and support ongoing supplier evaluations.

Manage the end-to-end requisition-to-purchase order cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing within Oracle.

Generate and analyze various Oracle-based reports to support both vendor lifecycle management and business stakeholders in operational and strategic activities.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and leader in Oracle Procurement modules, leading associate training, facilitating user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing system guidance.

Conduct annual internal control testing to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, procurement personnel, and suppliers to resolve purchase and service-related issues, with a focus on continuous improvement in vendor performance and relationship management.

Manage vendor relationship with Concord Marketing, ensuring performance expectations and service levels are met, and document any escalations, corrective actions, or service improvements.

Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders by responding to procurement-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate communication throughout the vendor lifecycle.

Contribute to bid evaluations and support pricing negotiations by providing analytical support and documentation as needed.

What you bring

4+ years of procurement or vendor lifecycle management or other similarly related experience required.

Experience with Oracle ERP system desired.

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree or bachelor degree in a relevant field of study desired.

Experience with vendor management systems desired.
