Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr
Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading company in the wastewater industry looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to be responsible for troubleshooting issues at existing facilities and identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operating sites while supporting the VP of Field Operations.
Lead the design and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems across all field sites.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth commissioning and procurement processes.
Establish and enforce standardized inventory management protocols to ensure accuracy, availability, and cost control.
Ensuring compliance and maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Hands‑on troubleshooting and maintenance.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in wastewater treatment.
Knowledge and use of MBR, Anaerobic Treatment, and Reverse Osmosis.
Ability to utilize PLC programs, review P&ID, PFDs, etc.
Experience with process equipment.
Willing to travel up to 30%.
