As a Senior Project Manager at Piper Maddox, you will lead the construction phases of wastewater‑to‑energy plants for a leading organization in the wastewater industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal teams and external subcontractors/consultants to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Oversee all aspects relating to engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing internal and external resources.
Coordinate with design‑build contractors delivering EPC contracts.
Oversee project budgets, scopes, permitting, and progress reporting.
Serve as the primary client contact, managing submittals, on‑site work, and payment processes.
Perform both project management and field engineering tasks (hands‑on).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Marine, Facility Engineering, or Construction Management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, not required.
5‑7+ years of project management experience on $5–40M projects, with vendor management experience.
Background in Wastewater, RNG, Oil & Gas (onshore), Chemicals, or Environmental industries.
Compensation Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr with annual bonus and other benefits.
