Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Healthcare. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and you will demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication reflecting our values. What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise. Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for all individuals on site. Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed. Support the enforcement of facility policies and procedures to help deter disruptive behavior and maintain order within the healthcare environment. What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available. Minimum Requirements

At least one year of security‑related experience. Proof of high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
