(CEC) as a Project Manager focused on building code and life safety reviews, property condition assessments, and construction oversight for industrial and commercial buildings. The role involves preparing construction documents, ensuring ADA compliance, conducting remedial work, and estimating life‑cycle costs.

Location Pittsburgh area (Moon Township and Monroeville).

Key Responsibilities

Perform Property Condition Assessments (PCA) for a range of building types, including retail, high‑rise towers, warehouses, and industrial parks.

Develop re‑finance, equity, and capital‑planning type PCA reports.

Prepare immediate repair cost tables, capital reserve cost schedules, and narrative report writing.

Identify and design remedial measures to address building system deficiencies.

Conduct ADA accessibility reviews and remedial measures.

Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

Provide construction support services and construction draw reports.

Perform site inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering preferred.

5+ years of experience in property condition assessment and construction management.

Architectural license is a plus, but not required.

LEED accreditation is a plus, but not required.

Experience with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) permitting and approvals.
