What We’re Offering

Full earning potential: $85,000 to $120,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography.

Hybrid role: combination of in‑person (in‑home, school, and/or center‑based) supervision support and telehealth, with up to 50% remote flexibility.

Initial onboarding support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3‑4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT coding, and telehealth assessments.

Education and mentorship: monthly CEUs, an annual in‑house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.

Benefits highlights: 23 days off annually—including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that accrue from Day 1.

Flexible schedule: work‑from‑home options with Mon‑Fri flexibility, preferred evening availability until 8:30 pm, and no expectation of Saturday work.

No contracts or non‑compete agreements; employment is fully at‑will.

Study support for BCBA candidates and in‑house RBT courses.

Support center resources for client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example and support Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring reliable and faithful implementation of treatment plans.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative ABA programs, continually evaluating client needs and providing parent education.

Maintain professionalism in challenging situations, adapt to change, and pursue growth opportunities.

Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.

Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Rhode Island issued by the State of Rhode Island Department of Health.

Completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (paid by us).
